This special session will be led by Nina Jung, L.Ac, who will share her insight into acupuncture and Chinese Medicine as tools for nurturing both caregivers and the families they support.
As birthworkers, we pour so much of ourselves into caring for others — this is an opportunity to pause, receive care, and learn holistic ways to restore balance.
Nina will guide us through a 1.5-hour community experience, including:
🕯️ 40 minutes of gentle community acupuncture
🌿 An introduction to Chinese Medicine for caregivers and families
🍵 Warm tea & reflection time after the session
THe goal is for you to walk away feeling grounded, replenished, and equipped with knowledge to share with the families you serve on their parenthood journey.

Hi, I’m Annie, founder of Doulacta, Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and Certified Postpartum Doula. I blend my background in business with perinatal care to support families through postpartum and breastfeeding education, and to help workplaces design stronger lactation and parent-support programs.
