Since 2009, Dr. Bonnie Fischer has been dedicated to providing gentle, non-invasive, drug-free chiropractic care to San Diego families. Why Dr. Bonnie Started AlignSD
When Dr. Bonnie heard a fertility clinic's radio ad in 2011, she reached out to learn about their business approach. Moving her practice to their office opened her eyes to a critical gap in women's healthcare.

After years of clinical experience, she realized her knowledge could serve a greater purpose. She opened AlignSD with a clear mission: create an integrated clinic that offers evidence-based wellness care in a welcoming environment where women feel heard, empowered, and supported throughout their entire journey into motherhood.
Practice Founded in 2009
Dr. Bonnie Fischer started her practice in 2009, initially working part-time while maintaining her biotech job. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2008, she realized her true passion was helping people achieve optimal health through holistic approaches. This marked the beginning of her journey into chiropractic care.
Specialization in 2013
As Dr. Bonnie's practice grew, so did her expertise and services. In 2011, she moved to a local acupuncture fertility clinic where she discovered her passion for women's health. She completed Webster Technique certification through the ICPA in 2013, specializing in pregnancy and postpartum care. This period shaped her focus on serving women through their fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum journeys, building the foundation for what would become the Aligned Wellness System and the Aligned Mommy Method.

Today, AlignSD Wellness Center is proud to be recognized as a leading provider of holistic healthcare in San Diego, particularly known for our expertise in maternal and pediatric care. Our integrated clinic serves local mothers with a welcoming, caring, evidence-based approach to wellness care. We offer chiropractic care, therapeutic massage, near infrared sauna therapy, and nutritional counseling.
