Celebrate the beauty and challenges of motherhood at An Afternoon of Movement, Mindfulness & Motherhood—a special collaboration between Barre3 Bird Rock and Moms Interrupted Podcast.

This event is designed to nurture both body and mind, bringing San Diego moms together for an afternoon of connection and self-care. Guests will enjoy a Barre3 Signature 60 class led by expert instructors, followed by a panel of motherhood professionals offering insights, resources, and real conversations around wellness, lactation, postpartum recovery, and community support.
